Your exclusive ambassador code is POPPY35 which gives you 35% off sitewide anytime you’d like to purchase kits or accessories.

How does the ambassador rewards system work?

We’re excited to be running our very first ambassador programme, so we’re still shaping how the rewards will work long-term. For now:

👉 Each month, we’ll gift one ambassador who goes above and beyond with high-quality or creative content a $300 Poppy Monk gift voucher to share with a friend, family member, or follower.

👉 We will also surprise ambassadors with bonus store discounts from time to time for outstanding contributions. So, the more content you upload, the more likely you are to receive these.

How do I earn the $100 one-off voucher?

To receive your $100 one-time discount code, you’ll need to:


✅ Share one photo featuring your Poppy Monk kit (can be unboxing, in-progress, or completed)

✅ Share two short video clips (5–60 seconds) ideas include why you love needlepoint, a time-lapse, or a tip for beginners

✅ Provide one caption/testimonial in your own words that we can share

👉 Submit all content by the deadline (e.g. July 12th for the current round).

Do I need to purchase a new kit or complete a full stitch to redeem my voucher?

Nope, not at all! You don’t need to purchase a new kit or complete a full stitch to take part in the ambassador content tasks or to be eligible for rewards.

You’re welcome to:
✨ Use any Poppy Monk design you already own (even if it’s still in progress or not yet started)
✨ Share content about your love for stitching or show yourself browsing the Poppymonk website

We want this to be fun, flexible, and stress-free, creativity is what counts!

Will I receive a free kit as part of the ambassador programme?

At this stage, we don’t automatically send out free kits to ambassadors. You can use your POPPY35 discount code to purchase any kits or accessories you’d like to feature.

However, you don’t need to purchase a new kit or complete a full stitch to take part in the ambassador content tasks or to be eligible for rewards.

We want to keep things flexible so you can create content that feels authentic to your own stitching journey.

What kind of content should I create?

We love content that is:
✨ Joyful and creative
✨ Shows the stitching process (or the unboxing, setup, or finished result)
✨ Tells the story of why you love needlepoint or what you enjoy about Poppy Monk
✨ Includes photos, reels, or short video clips (raw or edited—we’re happy to help with polishing if needed!)
