Is This Kit Right For Me?

Suitable for Advanced Beginner-Intermediate stitchers who are comfortable stitching smaller areas and making stitch placement decisions. We have not included beginner instructions, but they are available upon request.

Finishing Ideas

The stitched needlepoint fits easily in the back of the solid oak frame. Using the glass front is optional.

What Else Do I Need?

You will need a pair of embroidery scissors suitable for snipping threads. We have several on-site. This is the only essential additional item required.

The following are optional:

  • If you want to stitch with the canvas held taut on a frame (optional but recommended for ease of stitching), order two pairs of 8 inch stretcher bars and some thumbtacks.
  • Needle threaders help thread your needle.
  • A needle minder is a great tool if you're using a frame because you always know where your needle is!
