Customers in the United States:
Poppy Monk offers free returns on eligible, unused items.
You can return eligible items within 60 days - no questions asked—under the following conditions:
Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also have been purchased from this website.
Frames, books, stretcher bars, and items listed as Final Sale (most sale items) are not eligible for automatic return.
To start a return, send us an email and we will email you a shipping label. Contact us at info@poppymonkneedlepointkits.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can correct the problem straight away.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, picture frames, stretcher bars, or books.
Exchanges
Start a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customers receiving items outside of the United States:
We regret we cannot pay for shipping on international returns unless the item was damaged or defective when you received it, or you received the wrong item. If this has occurred, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@poppymonkneedlepointkits.com and we will arrange for a convenient return.
To be eligible for a return of a non-damaged or defective item, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also have been purchased from this website.
