Shipping policy
General Shipping Information:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
We ship Monday through Friday except for public holidays. Estimated delivery times are from when your order is shipped, not the date it was ordered. Orders ship from Raleigh, North Carolina.
If you request Expedited Shipping we will still ship on the nearest regular shipping day. However, if you have a special request or a deadline, reach out to us via email, or phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.
"Free Shipping" is USPS Economy Parcel rate. These shipments are tracked but not insured or guaranteed. Orders shipped via this method are at your own risk. Please select Priority Mail or similar for tracked and insured delivery.
US Shipping:
Orders over $85.00 . Free USPS First Class (Ground Economy) shipping is available. Or select an expedited method for faster delivery.
Orders $85.00 and under. Flat rate $5.00 for USPS First Class (Ground Economy). Economy shipping provides tracking. Or select an expedited method for faster delivery.
Most First Class US shipments deliver within 3-7 business days depending upon destination.
Expedited (2-3 Days Priority Mail). Orders 0- 1 pound (up to approx. 4 kits) $9.50. Orders 1 pound and above (heavier items, multiple kits) $12.50. Tracking and insurance are included for guaranteed delivery.
Expedited (UPS Next Day Air). Not available to all locations. $20.00 flat rate.

International Shipping Rates + Customs
First Class International: These packages are not insurable or trackable, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost packages. However, we have found that permanently lost packages are rare; what usually happens is the parcel gets "misdirected" and turns up after several weeks. Expedited and Express: Rates are calculated at checkout and you will have the option of using USPS or DHL. We cannot mark international packages as "gift.”
Customs Fees: We do not collect Customs fees. You are responsible for investigating and paying the Customs fees that might be applicable and payable.
