This kit is ideal for seasoned stitchers who are comfortable navigating a variety of decorative stitches. Less advanced stitchers will enjoy stitching this kit using a regular needlepoint stitch, or choosing some of the decorative stitches.

Finishing Ideas

Frame it! We have a black and a white framing options for 5" x 5" designs.

You can also self-finish this in one of our leather boxes (from Rachel Barri). It looks great in the soft pink or navy.

What Else Do I Need?

You will need a pair of embroidery scissors suitable for snipping threads. We have several on-site. This is the only essential additional item required.

The following are optional:

  • If you want to stitch with the canvas held taut on a frame (optional but recommended for ease of stitching), order two pairs of 8 inch stretcher bars and some thumbtacks.
  • Needle threaders help thread your needle.
  • A needle minder is a great tool if you're using a frame because you always know where your needle is!
