  • Design Size: Each design measures 6" x 4" on 18-count mono canvas.

  • Threads: Generous supply of Pepperpot Silk threads for a smooth, lustrous finish, and some metallic threads for pizzazz. Use the threads as a single strand, just as they come.

  • Needles: Four size 22 Bohin stainless steel needles (two needles per kit)

    Is This Kit Right For Me?

    Suitable for Intermediate stitchers and up. The details are sttched in Tent stitch and each design has a unique background stitch for which some needlepoint experience is required.

    Please note this design is on 18 holes-to-the-inch canvas, which some stitchers find hard to see. Designs on larger mesh are here.

    Finishing Ideas

    Frame these in 5" x 5" frames. We have premium oak frames perfect for this. See optional add-ons below.

    These fit any box or product with a 5" x 5" opening.

    What Else Do I Need?

    You will need a pair of embroidery scissors suitable for snipping threads. We have several on-site. This is the only essential additional item required.

    The following are optional:

    • If you want to stitch with the canvas held taut on a frame (optional but recommended for ease of stitching), order a pair of 7-inch and a pair of 9-inch stretcher bars, or a 7" x 9" Steady Stitch frame, and some thumbtacks.
    • A needle minder is a great tool if you're using a frame because you always know where your needle is!
