    Is This Kit Right For Me?

    It's the perfect starter kit for adults and older children (approximately 7 and up). Everything in this kit is designed to be easy to handle and stitch: from the large canvas mesh that is easy to see; the design with large areas to practice your stitches, and the 100% merino wool tapestry yarns that are great for beginners.

    Frame it and admire! We have white and black frame options for this kit (see Optional add-ons below) or you can source your own.

    You could also stitch this to a bag, inset it into a pillow, or make a hanging ornament.

    What Else Do I Need?

    You will need a pair of embroidery scissors suitable for snipping threads. We have several on-site. This is the only essential additional item required.

    The following are optional:

    • If you want to stitch with the canvas held taut on a frame (optional, and it is fine to hold the canvas in your hands), you will need two pairs of 8-inch stretcher bars and some thumbtacks.
