Sky—Diagonal Triple Parisian stitch:

Hat Brim—Woven Stitch:

NB: On the above model, the stitcher added compensating stitches adjacent to the right arm, breaking the pattern. This needs to be re-stitched, so if you are stitching this Hungarian stitch keep the pattern going.
Work this stitch in rows like a Back stitch. It uses a lot of thread!

Middle Water—Horizontal Double Brick stitch:

Lower Water—Woven Variation:
This stitch is best worked in two parts: Stitch all the vertical stitches and then the horizontal stitches. It's an open stitch, so leave it until you have stitches nearby to anchor your thread under.

Woman's Hair—Byzantine Stitch #2:
We worked this in two directions and met in the middle! The compensating stitches are in red and you can either fill these in at the end, or as you go.
