This happens! We want to ensure you have the thread needed to finish your project.

Please note the following: 

• There may be a $5.00 shipping charge on thread requests. This is typically if you make more than one request.
• We reserve the right to charge for threads. This is usually for complete thread packs or a significant amount of thread relative to the original quantity provided. We will let you know if a thread fee is required.
