We are not a traditional needlepoint store, but you can visit the office where we create and ship our needlepoint kits to pick up your order or look at the designs before you make a decision.

Orders usually ship in 1-2 days. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will likely ship the same day. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, and sales), shipping may take an extra 1-3 days.

Yes. Poppy Monk offers no-questions-asked returns on needlepoint kits and most accessories within 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned unstitched, undamaged, and in original condition. Picture frames and books are not eligible for return
