Do you have a store I can visit?

We are not a traditional needlepoint store, but you can visit the office where we create and ship our needlepoint kits to pick up your order or look at the designs before you make a decision.
Are your kits available in stores?

All Poppy Monk kits are available through the official website: poppymonkneedlepointkits.com. A unique collection of Poppy Monk kits and most of our canvases are available through local needlepoint stores and fine gift shops.
How quickly do you ship?

Orders usually ship in 1-2 days. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will likely ship the same day. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, and sales), shipping may take an extra 1-3 days.
If I pay for expedited shipping, will my order ship the same day?

Expedited orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will likely ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed. However, expedited orders do ship within 24 hours (week days only).
How much is shipping?

USPS First Class Mail is free for U.S. orders of $85 or more. Standard shipping is $5.00 for orders under $85.00. Other shipping options, including expedited and international delivery, are available through the Shipping Policy
What shipping methods are available?

Poppy Monk generally offers USPS and UPS shipping options. Customers with specific carrier requests can contact the company.
Can I return an item?

Yes. Poppy Monk offers no-questions-asked returns on needlepoint kits and most accessories within 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned unstitched, undamaged, and in original condition. Picture frames and books are not eligible for return
How do I return an order?

Customers should email info@poppymonkneedlepointkits.com to request a return. Poppy Monk will email a shipping label for eligible returns.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

Poppy Monk will arrange a free return and will either replace the damaged or incorrect item or issue a refund. Customers should email info@poppymonkneedlepointkits.com or call (919) 951-5257, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.
I received a delivery notification, but I do not have the package. What should I do?

Customers should first check with neighbors, household members, and the shipping address used at checkout. If the package still cannot be located after a few days, they should contact Poppy Monk for help.
When and how often do you release new designs?

There is no fixed release schedule, but Poppy Monk typically releases a new design every week. New designs are announced first through the email newsletter.
Why is Poppy Monk needlepoint expensive?

Poppy Monk kits are made with high-quality materials, including silk threads, cotton canvas, steel needles, instructions, and stitch suggestions. The kits are assembled in small batches in North Carolina, which costs more than mass production or outsourced manufacturing.
Why is Poppy Monk needlepoint affordable compared with some other needlepoint products?

The designs are printed on canvas rather than hand-painted, and Poppy Monk sells mostly direct to customers, avoiding wholesale-to-retail markups.
